How to Delete Your Data

At RR Jewellers, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. The RR Jewellers app and storefront are published and operated by ThoughtfulAI Studios Private Limited.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the app or website:

Sign in to your account.
Go to Account → Profile Settings.
Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom.
Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Profile information — your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
Saved addresses — all delivery addresses stored in your account.
Shopping cart — any items currently in your cart.
Back-in-stock subscriptions — any product availability alerts you signed up for.

What We Retain

For legal and business compliance purposes, we retain anonymised order records. This means:

Your past order details (items, amounts, dates) are kept for tax and accounting records, but your name and email are removed from them.
Payment records processed through third-party payment gateways are retained per their respective policies.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
If you have any pending orders, we recommend waiting until they are delivered before deleting your account.
After deletion, you can create a new account with the same email address, but none of your previous data will be restored.
