This policy applies to the RR Jewellers Android app and the RR Jewellers storefront. The app and storefront are published and operated by ThoughtfulAI Studios Private Limited.

Delivery and order information, including saved addresses, cart contents, purchases, order history, and support requests.
Payment-related information needed to complete a purchase. Payment credentials are entered into and processed by Razorpay; RR Jewellers and ThoughtfulAI Studios Private Limited do not store full card, UPI, banking, or wallet credentials.
App activity and technical information, including searches, product interactions, device identifiers, push-notification tokens, and diagnostic information.
Messages, consultation details, reviews, or other content that you choose to submit.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide catalogue and search features, process and fulfil orders, take payments, send order or service notifications, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve app reliability and the shopping experience.

How Information Is Shared

Information is shared only as needed with RR Jewellers personnel and service providers that support order fulfilment, payments, hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, customer support, security, and legal compliance. Payment processing is provided by Razorpay under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.

Retention, Security, and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for applicable tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections. You can delete your account in the app under Account → Profile Settings → Delete Account, or review the web instructions at Delete Your Data. Anonymised transaction records and records that must be kept by law may be retained.

Age Restrictions

RR Jewellers is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and delete it where required.

Your Choices and Contact
